Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, and Fujairah.
  • Same‑day delivery is available within Dubai for orders placed before the cut‑off time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Dubai: Same‑day or next‑day delivery depending on order time.
  • Other Emirates: 1–2 working days.
  • Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value.

4. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • Re‑delivery can be arranged with an additional fee.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed daily (excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS, WhatsApp or Email update from our courier partner.

6. Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link once the order is picked up by the courier.
  • Tracking updates are provided directly by our delivery partner.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please double‑check your delivery address and contact number.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

8. Delivery During Sales / Peak Periods

  • During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.
