Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, and Fujairah.
- Same‑day delivery is available within Dubai for orders placed before the cut‑off time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai: Same‑day or next‑day delivery depending on order time.
- Other Emirates: 1–2 working days.
- Remote areas may require additional time.
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free delivery may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value.
4. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
- Re‑delivery can be arranged with an additional fee.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed daily (excluding public holidays).
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an SMS, WhatsApp or Email update from our courier partner.
6. Tracking
- You will receive a tracking link once the order is picked up by the courier.
- Tracking updates are provided directly by our delivery partner.
7. Address Accuracy
- Please double‑check your delivery address and contact number.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
8. Delivery During Sales / Peak Periods
- During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.
